The deep end 2 Clovelly Bay
During The Great Depression, Randwick Council instituted a scheme to boost employment by building a concrete foreshore around Clovelly Bay. There's a yellow painted edge that separates hot concrete and cold ocean, swimmers and sun-bakers, sea and land. This painting captures that momentary view before you leap across the divide.
